Trail and mountain running is a fantastic sport. Whether your objective is to make it to the finish line of your first flat 50k or to run through the night chasing podiums in the Alps, having some guidance can be pivotal. Being a successful mountain and ultra runner is about a lot more than your road splits or indeed your mileage. First of all, what does success even look like to you?

Joining me at Mile 2 Marathon offers a lot of benefits! From goal setting to calendar planning, from race day nutrition and strategy, to dialing in workouts around your busy life on your Training Peaks account; from going deep into the well, to (yes, I’ll say it!) telling you to rest up and take your foot off the gas. It’s about enjoying the journey, loving the sport, and, of course, working really damn hard toward your lofty goals!
